1. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

One-Time Setup Fee: By purchasing our services, you agree to a non-refundable one-time setup fee. This fee covers initial configuration, system integration, and testing of your AI agents.
Subscription Billing: Services are provided on a subscription basis. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. To avoid the next charge, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods already billed due to the immediate allocation of technical resources.
